This book is a really easy read; I read it in less than a day. I purchased 6 additional copies to give to family and friends who are balancing work and caregiving. I have shared it with my church and we are conducting group discussions using the reflection questions at the end of each chapter. I highly recommend this for anyone who is in a caregiving role.
I have not had this much fun coloring since coloring as a child. The coloring pages and supporting reflection activity helped me turn off the distractions and focs on being in the moment. The coloring book party helped me to release stress from work and tap into my creative side.
