Hawkins (She/Her/Hers)
Dr. Toni is a daughter, sister, mother, aunt, friend, caregiver, and a believes in empowerment through intention, communication, inclusion, and voice.
GENERAL INFORMATION
She is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey; Howard University School of Divinity in Washington, D.C., and Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Also, she is an adjunct faculty member at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary and Lexington Theological Seminary.
Dr. Toni serves on several local, regional, and national boards. Among her numerous awards and recognition, she is listed in Who’s Who Louisville: African American Profiles. She is an ordained minister, a board certified pastoral counselor and life coach, a certified DEI consultant, and conflict dispute mediator.

Her practice, Table Talk Consulting offers training, coaching, and consultation, where she focuses on ministerial support, leadership development, conflict management and mediation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting, She is a national speaker who offers customized services for conferences, workshops, and retreats with a focus on intentionality, empowerment, and compassionate conversations toward change and transformation. She believes the healing starts with a conversation at the table where your presence and voice matters. In 2001, she founded the organization DIVAS, an online national women in ministry support network focused on self-care, community building and service, which led to her vital work in DEI , conflict management & mediation consulting, and ministry to marketplace coaching for women in ministry. In addition, Dr. Toni is author of two self-care books, ME TIME: Self-Care Coloring Book and Journal and co-author of Self-Care Reflections for Caregivers. She leads online groups: the Meetup group, Exploring Racial Bias for Trainers, Leaders, and Supporters and the Facebook groups, Exploring Racial Bias and Divas Connect. She has served in ministry for more than twenty years serving as a pastor, associate conference minister, and transistional conference minister. She is the mother of two adult sons and proud grandmother of three.
